What time do we want to plan on meeting and where? Do we have any ideas yet? The Ram is always good, but they'll be really busy at lunch time unless we decide to do lunch before noon or after 1:00.

If the Women in Gaming session is approved to run from 3:00-5:00, we may want to shoot for the earlier lunch or another location unless everyone thinks we'll be able to get in and out of the restaurant with plenty of time to go potty and get ready for the seminar.  If we can make reservations at the Ram for the backroom or somewhere with a large table that would help too.

Yes, I am working on that.  I just need to figure out if I can add people to the various permissioned groups, and if not, I'll have to see if Sock Monkey can take care of it.  Give me a few days to see what I can do.

If you are talking about the Wench status on the GenCon boards you need to post  in the open Gamer Wench forum first.  If you meet all the criteria we will contact a moderator to add you! :-)  WE have to add you to both forums as they are totally seperate.

Lady, I do hope you can make it. I only went with Fri lunch because it had more votes.

To help everyone finalize their schedules before event registration why don't we go with the Friday Lunch meeting??

I've been volunteering in the tavern the past three years.  Once DirtDazzy knows how many people she's allowed to have, she'll start recruiting.  Schedules are actually done very shortly after event registration, since as part-timers, we're allowed more flexibility than the in-dungeon people.  DD is really good about working around your events, but I recommend making sure you have at least a 6 hour block during tavern hours free each day.  Costumes are whatever you want to wear (fantasy tavern related, but we've got pixies and wenches and pirates and all kinds of characters hanging around), and there is a selection of pieces available in the tavern for staff to check out during their shifts.

I can do anyday right now. I'm wenching at the Tavern this year so I'm not sure of my volunteer schedule. Btw, does anyone else volunteer at True Tavern and if so when do they inform you about schedules and costumes and whatnot.

Not I... the few gamer girls that are still in their teens that I have met seem to be much more mature than their non-gamer counterparts.

Personally, I would consider "junior Wenches" to be any female gamer under the age of 18.  I have no problem with junior Wenches at the lunch, is there anyone against it?

I've got a possible Junior Wench. She'll be 13 though. Do Junior Wenches have to be 14?

If it is lunch  -  I hope junior wenches might be included.  I have a 14 yr old daughter and might have to bring her to the lunch - depends on what dad is doing and if there is anyone else there her own age - totally know about the going all shy incidences...

Keep me posted on any possible age restrictions..

I'd love to know if anyone else has a junior Wench that will be at GenCon and might want to come to the Wench Lunch/dinner.  If it is determined that teens are welcome I will bring my 14-year-old. But I'm pretty sure that she will not be interested in coming to a Gamer Wench get together unless other girls around her age are there.

Pretty much just D&D. We did play Grimm once, which is a fairy tale setting for D&D where all of the characters are little kids. Not much into board games.

She is also seriously into World of Warcraft and loves Stargate Atlantis. Especially if the episode involves wraith.
